Learn moreADS Group covers County Carlow, including Carlow town, Tullow, Bagenalstown and Hacketstown, for commercial fire detection and alarm systems, emergency lighting, fire fighting equipment, intruder alarms and CCTV. We design, install, commission, certify and maintain to Irish Standards, operate 24/7 emergency callout, and can take over and recertify a system another contractor installed. We hold over 1,300 active maintenance contracts nationally.

Learn moreCarlow carries large-scale pharmaceutical manufacturing. Cleanrooms, solvent handling and plant rooms each need a different detection approach, and a detector specified for an office corridor will nuisance-trip in a process area. The survey reports on detector suitability by zone rather than treating the building as one environment.
Campus buildings mix lecture space, laboratories, workshops and residential accommodation on one site, often on one panel. Cause and effect programming has to reflect that mix so an alarm in a workshop does not evacuate a residential block unnecessarily.
Grain drying, dust and washdown areas shorten detector life and drive false alarms where optical detection was fitted by default. Heat detection or a different detector technology is often the correct answer, and we report that rather than resetting the panel.
Older town centre buildings in continuous commercial use frequently carry systems extended piecemeal over years. Recertification starts by establishing what is actually installed against what the certificate claims.
