    Planned visits

Visits are scheduled across the year so nothing is left until it is overdue, and coordinated with your operating hours.

  5. 05

Frequently asked questions

What should a fire alarm maintenance contract include?
It should state which systems are covered, how often each is serviced, what certification is issued, what happens outside working hours, and how faults are reported and resolved. Our proposals set all of that out in writing.
Who is responsible for arranging fire alarm maintenance?
Responsibility sits with the person in control of the premises, usually the owner, occupier or managing agent. ADS Group carries out the servicing and issues the records that responsible person needs to hold.
Can ADS Group take over systems installed by someone else?
Yes. We inspect the existing systems, report on their condition and any non-conformances, and then bring them onto the agreement.
What happens if a system fails outside normal business hours?
Maintenance contracts include 24/7 emergency callout. Monitored intruder alarms are watched around the clock by an accredited Alarm Receiving Centre.
Do you work with multi-site clients?
Yes. We hold over 1,300 active maintenance contracts and coordinate servicing schedules and reporting across multi-property estates.
